The Moments In Peace

It is nice to go home and rest and take it easy. It is also nice to go out and do physical activities. Exercise does a body good. It is simpler to live in our head and forget about the rest of our body. We’re designed to move around and be active. It makes us feel alive when we’re outside creating our experiences.  Experiences we will learn and hopefully remember.  Past experiences become meaningful to us because we’re sharing our experiences we had together with friends and family. It’s what touches us the most are those kinds of experiences.  It is nice to feel the warm sun on our faces, and the wind is blowing through our hair. We’re living in this moment today. They’re the moments we’re the most peaceful in minds and hearts.
