Worrying Serves No Purpose

Worried and solitarian

“Worry pretends to be necessary but serves no useful purpose” ― Eckhart Tolle

Worry can distract us from focusing on the task. Worry keeps us alone in our world. Worry delays progress in our lives. Worry doesn’t support health. Worry is just a habit we just do. Worry is a time waster. Worry can preoccupy our minds with foolish thinking that has nothing to with the specific task. However, if we just do and deal with what’s worrying us then we will feel more in control of our lives and not be paralyzed with worrying.
