Who Are You?

become who you are...

“Believing in our hearts that who we are is enough is the key to a more satisfying and balanced life.”—

What does it mean to know who we are? We perceived the world through our filters. The filters are unique to each of us. Therefore, the way we see the world is truly a reflection of our background and our personality.  It is ourselves that we need to impress the most, not others. We have a relationship with ourselves. We sometimes are harder on ourselves than others.  We can be our worse enemy or our best advocate. If we seemed to be disappointing about life, then it maybe about how disappointing we are about ourselves. For us to be more satisfying and a have balanced life, we must first embrace ourselves for what we are, which includes the good, and the bad. It is better to laugh often at ourselves than to beat ourselves up because we didn’t do something the way we expected it to be.
